The 1995 ZX-9R is the second year of the first-generation bike, using a 899 cc transverse four with K-TRIC ignition and a long-stroke crank. The page says it borrowed parts from the ZXR750 and ZZ-R1100 and was heavier and less agile than the Honda FireBlade, but more stable with more straight-line speed. It is essentially the 1994 bike with no listed changes.
